Enrolment Register Instructions
1. Make a payment and save the payment receipt from your bank, or take a screenshot after your transaction is complete.
2. Click on the program that you want to enroll and fill out the registration form.
3. Upload your payment receipt to the registration form before you submit your registration form.
4. Contact Wells Academy to confirm your registration by email wellsacademy.ca@gmail.com or WeChat (Wells_Academy, WellsWorldwide). Please state clearly your child's name, program and group information in the email or WeChat message （e.g., James Li, Gr.3-4 Critical Reading Creative Writing, Group C).
